  I ordered tires and had to wait 4 hours only to be told their machine can not mount the tires due to size. A tech names Reynier used a special technical method to get the tires to inflate and mount. The department manager even gave up. I also offered a 20 cash tip and Rey refused due to store policy. Yes the wait is an issue and people are grumpy, but Ray came through. And even though the experience was long and stressful this guy made a huge difference. I hope someone in management can reach out to this tech and recognize his efforts.
