  My mom needed a new frame of glasses so we though ok we are here shopping for food lets check out some frames. Well my mom goes and shows that her frame is broken and all that is needed is the frame. Anyways the manager helps us out a short lady with blonde short hair and glasses. She gives my mom a paid doesn't ask what brand she wants or what her price range is just changes out the lenses and hands it to her and walks away and starts talking on her cell phone. I walk over to my mom to ask her if she found anything and she shows me what the lady handed her the frames were $130 which is too much for just a frame so we asked the lady if they had any sales and she talks about a sale of 60% off if you get a complete pair and we are like ok we don't need that then she repeats herself again as if we are dumb and don't know how to read since she kept pointing at the sign that had the special. She didn't offer any other glasses so we left. This is by far the worst customer service I have received at BJ's. &&& I can't forget they never have bottled water BJ's brand ever. Every time I go they only have the mini water bottles or the 20oz zephrahills.
